Should be no more than 15mph/24kph to 20mph/32kph. These compactors/rollers are heavy, slow, and have vibrators in their drums to compress asphalt into road surfaces. They are always transported to job sites on lowboy trailers.

Sorry but i think your mod is bugged.
The mod installs fine but then when i start the game it just locks up the game.
Not sure if anybody else has had the same issue.
