This time I jump to new category , placeables mods and I create for you and me :) A placeable base similar to my old construction site But much better and Placeable...
I have combine some objects from Big Road map , Thanks Agrifredo for the permission .
So this mod includes a huge area with perimeter wall , arrows and parking lines at the floor.
Attention The Placeable will not make the area flat , you must do and you must also select the ground type with terrain tool.

why re all the good looking mods not uploaded to the original modhub or here?
i mean i allways get a virus when downloading mods from any other place then here.
I know you fixed the storage issue in part 2,
But the Schuettgutwand-mod can work too.
At the moment I'm using it to store the pellets of the Straw Harvest-addon.
