NEW: Added FS13 and FS15 theme songs to menu changer.
NEW: The background last configured in the game will now have a gold border around the button if it was changed using Menu Changer.
NEW: Changed thumbnail preview in Menu Changer to show screenshots of game menu.
NEW: Added dialog informing you that the game default mod folder has been set after clearing a button in Mod Folder Manager.
