*Added design Configurations
*Added wheel Configurations

*Rescaled the whole mod
NOTE: There are tensionBelts on the roof, i couldn't make them appear only when a config is bought, so they will be always there. It is not a bug, just strap the belts manually.

I'd really like to see a series 2A ute or open tray, that would be a really useful vehicle in FS
