When a farmer is first starting out, sometimes he can't afford to build his dream house at the start. Sometimes you just need a roof over your head to keep you out of the rain. This old trailer home will give you a place to sleep and keep you out of the rain... mostly.
This is the farm trailer decoration from the Ravenport, converted into a functioning farm house. It sets your spawn point and gives you a trigger to sleep through the night. Like the decoration, it cost a simple $25000.

Great Starter House
Any chance this can be a mod. Only thing in the mods this game does not seem to have is a cheap starter house. and farm house is both too expensive and takes up too much room in my opinion.
