Import plow mount to the i3d file of your mod. Move around so it is under front bumper. Paste attacher info from text file into mod xml. Change node index of attacher joint to match the node index of "transform" in i3d file.

I am in the process of learning just outside my comfort level as i don't wanna screw up a mod that works as is. Computer gaming and programming wasn't even a thing for me at first. I just got into this as I can no longer do Technician work on real cars and trucks due to health issues and like games that allow me to simulate it.
Just make a copy of the file, so if you do screw up the original you'll have the other one to put back into the game.
