Or maybe, one factory can do several products ? Milk==> Cheese and butter
flour+milk+sugar for the bakery==> bread and cakes or pies
...etc.

There are two possibilities : You have a mod conflict or you don't know how to use these mods.
ALL of them work just fine.

snake i found that by changing all factories to process only once in a 24 hr period, allows for many factories, and does not take away process resources from the map, check it out,

set up factories to process same as bio gas
