Is it really that hard to make a choice between using or not using your brain . Even in tiny old England , Wales and Scotland , weather can vary quite a lot from area to area . As for the rest of Europe , from your "European dull drizzly garbage" statement , you have zero concept of how big Europe is , or how weather systems work. That's like saying all of North America has the same weather.
