The half-timbered house has a sleep trigger, but it is not walkable. Just zoom in at the front door to sleep.
Likewise, a version without triggers can be found under "Decorations" because you can have only one farmhouse per farm and this cottage is sure to do well somewhere in the courtyard corner as a decoration.
