Working Rail Crane v1.2

Working Rail Crane able to enter and control after placeing down.
V1.2 UPDATE: Can now see when placing down
Placeables -> Misc
Be gentle when grabbing things, the claw is strong and will fling objects around if you aren't gentlewhen closing

This was already made by GIANTs. For whatever reason it was hidden and I have just made it visible.
