Cat 259D3 v1.0.0.0

Believe this was a Wright Excavation Project. Just cleaned some things up with it, changed the color.. not a bad smaller Cat CTL. Expect an update with improved decals and possibly a 259D2 variant. Definitely have to clean up the file size as well.
