Console Vehicle Spawner & Infinite Shop Loading Fix v1.2.0.0

Console Vehicle Spawner fixes an FS22 issue where the vehicle shop remains stuck on an endless loading screen. This can be caused by outdated animation scripts included with certain older or converted mods, and may prevent unrelated modded and base-game vehicles from loading. The repair is applied automatically when the mod is enabled.

The mod also adds host-only console commands for finding and spawning vehicles or trailers:

• listSpawnVehicles [filter] — lists matching vehicles and their store indexes.
• spawnVehicle STORE_INDEX [distance] — spawns the selected item and deducts its normal shop price.
• spawnVehicle STORE_INDEX [distance] free — spawns it without deducting money.

The FS22 developer console must be enabled. Commands should be entered by the host while standing in a clear area with enough room for the vehicle.
