IHC 553 v1.1.0.1

This is my IHC S series based on my own CMA series mod and ihcfaora's 353.

!!!fixed issue where mod didn't show up!!!
-new front axle
-color configs
-engine options 553=53hp, 654=62hp, 724=72hp, 824=82hp, 834=82hp.
-553 had a 3cyl sound already but the other models have a 4cyl sound when you configure them.
-rear lights are more realistic
-original sound has been revised.
-revised front grill
-revised front lights
-added side grills
-added different rollbar

here are the quirks and features

824=82hp
834=82hp
the 834 was a france only model with it's differences between the 824 being unknown
wheels: many
different design configs
working Agriomatic system (see pic2)
new grill and sides
and many features the original has
