Changelog:

Hi you still cant mine coal.
The oil plant won't show up ingame

Check the main mine(the one where stone and limestone can be found), the holes are interconnected,
I found coal(I think...) in pit 3

I found the coal mined the dirt out the way to get to it. but you cant dig the coal.
Well I dropped a loader into the coal pit and dug my way under the rock. There is some thing blocking the entrance to the coal pit.
