RMC Peterbilt 379 Build Off v4.0

I was  requested to make a dump truck out of rmc 379 build off  by Lucas Etzler i went out of my way and made it happen  and i was given permission to share it to the plublic so i want to thank all the rmc members for making a awsome semi and hope you guys like the update.
