Something is wrong in your game. Have a look into log file. I don't have any issues saving my game
The map wont load with the current patch from 19/4/22. Also you should add tomatoes and lettuce as growable crops in the fields, not just the greenhouses.
Crops don't grow, had snow on ground every month after winter months were over. Can't hire workers to drive anywhere. Map is obviously unplayable due to crops not growing. Seems to be a thing with these 16x maps. Same issues with another that I had tried to play
