How much you wanna bet these will never come out on the dates they say they will, the new updates will crash the old ones, and everyone will have to go back and fix all the old mods that make this game playable? I see absolutely no need for any of this. Need a new map? Free. Need a new piece of equipment? Free. Need a new script? Free. Need ANOTHER money cheat because the other 3 available just don't appeal to you? Free.
