1979 John Deere Hi-Cycle 6000 Sprayer v2.0.0.0

First i would like to thank RDAllen for allowing me to convert and release his sprayer. The sprayer is properly converted with new materials, custom dirt and wear map as well as the ability to get wet. Added new proper wheels. Added working gauges. Added engine (although it isn't the correct 3d model).
