Insane Swim Dredge v1.0.0.0

DESCRIPTION

Some ideas start in a meeting. This one started in our forum with one question: what if the gold mine could swim?
The Insane Swim Dredge is a floating bucket-line gold dredge for Farming Simulator 25, built the way they were built a hundred years ago in Alaska and the Yukon. A 35 by 16 metre hull, a riveted bucket ladder 32 metres long with 72 buckets, a lattice gantry over the bow and a lot of corrugated iron with rust running down it. In digging position she is about 71 metres long. Yes, she is big. She is supposed to be.

FROM THE BUCKET TO THE BAR
The buckets drop the gravel into a perforated trommel, 13 metres long. The fine material runs over 12 gold tables with 432 riffles, the coarse stone rides a covered stacker out over the stern onto the tailings pile. Whatever stays caught in the riffles goes to the gold room, then to the smelter, and comes out as gold bars on pallets at the loading deck.
The bars are the same ones as in our FSMW Gold Trader. The dredge brings its own pallet, so you won't need the Gold Trader for it, and if you have both installed, they are meant to get along. Own fill types, no dependencies on other mods.

BETA ON TUESDAY
A beta for our fsmodworks.com members is planned for Tuesday, 13 October 2026, at 18:00 German time (16:00 UTC). It brings the basic function: she floats, the ladder goes up and down, the bucket chain runs, and gravel you tip into the hopper with a loader comes out as gold bars on pallets. Digging on the lake bed and the full walkable interior come after the beta.
All pictures on this page are our own Blender renders and design sheets drawn from the 3D model, not in-game shots. The game model is being built right now.
