Massey Ferguson 4200 Series North America v2.0.0.0

Presenting the Massey Ferguson 4200 series of tractors, specificaly for the North American market. Being the successor to the 300 series, it is mostly built on the same platform. Included is an MF 1038 loader with bucket and bale forks.

-Tweaked wheel spacing on rear standard rims
-Moved steering wheel up slightly for better gague cluster view
-Added mud mesh to all tires
-Front wheel hubs shrunk down a bit for better accuracy
-Tweaked front tire sizes slightly
-All implements attach to the lower quick hitch as there was inconsistency before on what attached to the upper hitch and lower hitch

This is only the North American version, featuring tires and specs only offered for the US and Canada. Only thing not entirely accurate is the interior but I have reworked it as best I can. Some IC is included.
