Massey Ferguson 4200 Series North America v3.0.0.0

Presenting the Massey Ferguson 4200 series of tractors, specificaly for the North American market. Being the successor to the 300 series, it is mostly built on the same platform. Included is an MF 1038 loader with bucket and bale forks. The Great Bend 440 loader can also be fitted.

-Added support for the Great Bend 440 loader
-Moved front loader option to its own slot so you will have to re-configure it on any existing machine (sorry)
-Replaced rear Dynatorque ii tires with textured sidewall versions on standard rims

This is only the North American version, featuring tires and specs only offered for the US and Canada. Only thing not entirely accurate is the interior but I have reworked it as best I can. Some IC is included.
