Invoices:
Consequences for overdue repair invoices:
-> Blocks repair requests at the workshop
-> Blocks parts purchases at the workshop ("Buy Parts" button)
-> Blocks parts purchases in the Parts Shop (PartsShopDialog)
-> Clear warning notification shown at every block point

Used Vehicles:
2 ways to buy used vehicles, by vanilla shop where you can search for a specific vehicle or implement, or via Esc Menu where you have a "used market", where will display some random used stuffs.
