-Increased number of buyable farmlands from 123 to 152 to include several previously inaccessible forest areas (farmland 152 includes all roads that do not have traffic)
-Adjusted size of several farmlands
-Adjusted water trigger at water tower in the main town
-Made the decorations with the starting farmhouse sellable with the house
-Removed some fences along river south of the main farm where new property is available for purchase
-Decreased radius of Deadwood contract on farmland 117
-Removed water puddles from farm areas as this unintentionally led to some placed buildings getting flooded during rainy weather
New save only required for the following changes:
-Plowing of snow now allowed throughout entire map
-Swapped out locomotive on train with N. American locomotive
-Dredging Boat now produces stones
