It works lovely for me. However, to aid you, it is "It doesn't work for me". Proper grammar, child. Also, if you go down a couple comments, you can find the simple xml fix to get it to work properly.

It's not the Operator's mod. He had no right to release it. So, yes, it IS a leak.
