OLI5464, this is what happens when you have a map and you want to show it off. It gets stolen and someone changes it to their liking. You DO need to keep you work private and don't show the world what you have done. It is coming to this now.
Make a map and keep it in your folder and only play it with friends you trust. I have 4 maps and will NOT give them out. I trust my 3 friends i share them with and I have never seen them out there getting changed.

Who invented the wheel in here? LOL I don't think it's good to discourage modders from sharing. That just ruins the community aspect of the sim, and that's not good for anyone.

The bitchin' and moaning about stolen stuff is a waste of time, on this site half the stuff has been taken from other sites or mods have just been slightly modified and rebranded. Sadly the FS community isn't exactly virtuous, there's plenty of bad behavior and very shady people.
