[ATS] Mega Resources Mod v2.2.3 1.40.x

Mega Resources - Requiered file for all map mod to work, which includes 3D models, assets, prefabs, textures. Mega Resources is the popular mod which a lot of maps required him like: Great American Map, Mexssimap SLP, Monkamx Map, Viva Mexico, Mexico Extreme and other ATS maps.

Changes in v2.2.3:

- do not use with Reforma Map v2.1.6.
