To anyone having problems getting the DEF to show up in the MOD manager:
Try extracting the SCS file into a folder. That was the only way I could find to get it to show up.
I've activated the mods but it stills shows the USA map, although you can see a bit of the Colombian map on the right side... how can I fix that?
