Do you have 1.35 version of game and all map dlc's?
The Reason for the CTD is simple: DO NOT USE THE BALTIC FERRY MOD FROM PIVA !!! Not compatible !!!
I have ALL DLC. But if you read just above, it´s the Ferry Mod from Piva the Reason for the CTD. Thanks for your Answer.

@- Realnyxp You are a stupid Guy. Works perfect, but without Ferrymod Baltic, otherwise CTD.
I have not got the Baltic DLC as i am not on Steam .So can i still use this as i am hoping that i will be able to download Baltic in the near future or should i just still use the RUS map v1.8.1 i have which i have no problems with.
