Scandinavia Add-On v0.3

his mod adds 3 new cities in Scandinavia, the map continues to the north of Bergen.
These are the first three additional cities:
- Knarvik
- Hundvin
- Dlyasoora
New in version 0.3:
- Deleted Dalsoyra port, is now a reference point;
- Modernized new roads in Norway, now in their yellow dividing strips;
- Added 2 new cities in Sweden: Sandviken and Backberg.
