Anyone else unable to hire workers to cultivate?

lastnight i put all my stuff on the farm and when i went on today it was not there so some one needs to fix it
When I harvest a field I get the appearance that I have "Chopped Straw Mod" installed, (i do not) also ( windrow is disabled ) but the field shows the appearance of that state. Also when I Seed the field the stated appearance above does not get removed as the Seeder passes over the field. Problem could be corrected if possible. Bob.
No problem with Hiring Cultivator for Me Bob.
Fixed my problem with Field 15 and Chopped Straw appearance, Removed "chopped Straw from "source files" also replaced the "foliage directory from another Farm, Problem corrected. Bob.

There is a problem with the silo bunker at the biogas plant, the silage gets under the divider wall on the right side of silo and will not ferment, cannot get the silage out to sell. I lose about 25 to 30 thousand measures each time
