Upon request, and with permission, I am uploading my edit to this mod.
The following changes are in this update:
- Fixed several log errors
- Updated lights to conform to FS19 standards
- Added two additional trailers
- Removed some unnecessary files
- Tried to add text and translations - Google (so if they're incorrect, sorry!)
I had also intended to add static lights (night illumination) to the trailers when unfolding them. While it DID work, there were some script errors in the log. So if you want lights, I would suggest placing lights separately.

why couldn't a person say make the trailers give you small amount of income
I tried that as well. Something like that is beyond me. What I've done in my game is modify the subsidy mod to make placeable rental signs that generate passive income to simulate rent.
Keep in mind these are actual trailers, not placeables. AFAIK, there isn't a way to have passive income on a trailer. Maybe with a script, but I don't do scripting.
