Welcome to The Wild,
On this map your skills to survive will be challenged as there is only the bear necessaties and you start with only one piece of ground in Farm Manager, you also have to start from scratch no vehicles, just the clothes on your body and a few bucks in the bank..
You will need to plough your own fields, build everything you need and rough it untill you can build a home, water and land is what you have and with great skill and determination you could tame The Wild, or will it tame you... I guess time will tell..
The map is seasons ready and has multifruit, so farm like crazy and beware of the Grizzleys :)

Does it need a new savegame ?
Yes i suppose a new save will be needed but you can follow blog on my website to save you some labour hours on the new map that way you dont really loose anything here it isAdding the new Map without losing your hard workUpdated Oct 7 2019Hi there everybodyI have realized that with the different versions I released of the Map there has been some issues like the windrow i fixed is acting up still well it is actually caused it seems like the old saved game that is not updatedFirstly you should nat
I signed up to your website for the first version, it loaded - but sadly crashed the game when I hit "start" Hopefully, this version has fixed that issue. It looks like a good map on a great theme.. I'll try it again.
Hi brotherOk that will be due to mods especially if you start the game with seasons or any of the Global company mods just start the map with no mods then save the game close FS19 and reopen the savegame with all your mods everything should be fine
Sorry, I meant to add that I prefer "Just Snow" to the "Seasons" script, so maybe that causes the game to crash? Do you have any plans to make a non Seasons version of The Wild? Thanks.
FarmerBob, I love the idea of this map. EXACTLY the kind of map I've been wanting. Low cash, no equipment, a real challenge. I've been getting so aggravated at some of these map creators, when they make a great map, then you click on "start from scratch", you find a yard full of equipment. One map so far that has come close to your idea here.
That map is "NORTH FRISIAN MARCH 4X WITHOUT TRENCHES V1.7". Even on New Farmer mode, you start out with only a few items of equipment and no land. The downfall of that map though, is that you cannot place any buildings at all.
