it is a first creation.
it has a grain farm, an animal farm, a coop, a sawmill and a concessionaire.

looks nice yes but still needs work the pig stable are real poor bild and more corps would be nice also a lot off weeds on the farms all over but for the rest it looks nice
why is the download so slow?
Like the map, but the fields have no turning space, The fences are a nuisance they need to be removable or not there at all. There is no place at the shop to customise or sell vehicles and no workshop at the farm. If you sell the pig farm there are still things left behind. The map has a nice feel to it I hope you are able to fix the problems it has great possibilities.
