the farmyard perimeter where the buildings were removed the land could be flatend
Seems to have a Issue with Default Items File... Daily Property Maintenance is $590,689 a Day because the default placeables daily value is either 18740 or 19040 or 25004 and apparently selling the items Cost you as well...

windrows come out messed up in 11 for me..bga doesn't work...and I have floating trees too
