Customized Concentrate palettes for Gold Wash Plant v1.0.0.0

Here is the mod version of my autoloadable Concentrate Palettes for the Gold Wash Plants on maps with mining, so you now have the choice of whether you want to adjust the palettes directly in the map or prefer to use them as a mod version
