This will be the last update for the FS22 Elm Creek Edit By Stevie until we have the next game update from Giant's.
The map has been rebuilt from a new base game map extraction. Also I have changed all the original directory so a new Game Save is required again.
If your having trouble loading the map or the map crashing out at midnight or during fast time make sure you set the game graphic option to medium or high with no custom option's.

At least he does update his work. I can't tell you how many mods come out with pages of errors and never get fixed. Classy to trash someone who takes pride in their work.

Lower your graphics setting down from advanced(custom) to high, it will then work

You can sell buildings, just click demolish in the construction section.
Seems to be an issue with the cost of fertilizer. It's ridiculously high.
