This is a dunnage mod. Dunnage is used to support equipment when moving it. Dunnage can be used to raise a vehicle by putting it in front of the tires and driving up it. Dunnage can also be used to level equipment/objects on a trailer by putting the dunnage between the trailer and the equipment.
