Small script for manual locking of steering axles.

I've made a little script that enables the steering axles on trailers to be locked and unlocked. Think much more is never to say.
Key assignment:
Keyboard:
Controller (X-Box): LB + control pad right

if you dont like it, piss off. this guy maked this so its easier for people who doesnt have any experience.
