Set a trigger price and you will be notified when sell price is over that point.

You can now see the lowest, highest, average and great demand prices to help you choose a good trigger price.
Average prices are calculated every ingame hours.
You can change notification color by editing R G B (0.0-1.0) in the XML in your savegame folder.

ALT+0 in my game changes the speed of my tractors, and had to set it as right ALT+0, and it still does not pull up the menu.
