ABS LRC448 Rear Lift v1.0.0.0

This is my version of the ABS LRC448, with a fictional rear-lift variant based on the Troutriver system. This has been in the works for roughly a year. I said I wasn't going to convert it to 25, but here we are.

-Fixed issue where trailer wouldn't fill from silos
-Adjusted tip animation so that door does not lift all the way

I have only converted the rear lift variant, because you can use it as a regular belt trailer, and I'm lazy.
