Der ADAC - Rettungshubschrauber wäre wichtiger in verschiedenen Designs. Ich denke da an Polizei, DRK, ADAC, SAR und Zivil. Ausserdem Sollte man nicht nur den EC 135 nutzen, sonder auch den EC 145.
Auch Details wie Kamera bei Polizei oder Seilwinde bei ADAC, DRK oder SAR wären erfreudig. Es sollten natürlich auch die Funktionen sich dafür ergeben, sonst wäre die Spielfunktion nicht gegeben. Bei den Rettunghubschrauben wäre die herausnehmbare und seperat bedienbare Trage gut.
Es gibt aber auch andere Heli(s) die man nutzen kann. Man muss sich dabei nur was Einfallen lassen. Ich denke da an die Shikorsky, Bell UH 1 oder an den UH 60. Dann gibt es noch, CH 53, NH 90, CH 47 F, Sea King usw.

Wenn sich die Rotoren in falscher richtung drehen, hört sich das an, als würde der Heli rückwärts anstatt vorwärts sich bewegen bzw. fliegen ; ))
