Bruckell ECV v1.3

In version 1.3:
- New Presto skin and config
- New configs in simplified traffic


A new generation of fleet vans from Bruckell. Assembled in Windsor, this electric vehicle performs quite well. It comes in two variants: a base model and a heavy-duty version.

Career mode recommendations:
Install upgraded motors (these do not use regenerative braking). Add all cargo slots and disable stability control and traction control. (Disable the front motor if you want rear-wheel drive.)

There are still some minor issues (e.g., lights or windows cannot be removed).
