Up-fit tow truck (it is located under the tow hitch in the parts selector). The tow truck kit is compatible with most of the D series in the game (except for the trim levels) and is compatible with all D Series frames.
For vehicles with working front tow hook hitches, simply lower the hook and press “L” to attach to them. Otherwise, if this doesn't work, you'll have to use a node grab to attach to the vehicle in question.
