Cherrier Potent v1.6 Full 0.38.x

Changes v1.6:

- Hi, we are very close to publishing 1.6. Facelift parts have been completed. I also added an AdBlue tank (preparation for the Euro 4 engine, which will be published in 1.7 I can't make it ready for this update; sorry for this). All gauges are working, including digital ones. RHD Aussie edition parts are almost ready. Short rigid frame will be available in 1.6 (with mixer and container upfits). And I've added one more 6x2 config (2/4/2). As there are tons of parts, it takes a bit longer than expected. I'm planning to release the update this week. Thank you for your patience.
