* Adapting to patch 0.8.11.
* Added net arcade mode.
* Removed running lines of sights.
* New arcade and sniper mix.
* Added config with explanations in English and Russian languages.
Installation: Put the folder gui and scripts this way: World_of_Tanks\res_mods\0.8.11\
